This form serves as a presenter agreement for the APTA VT Fall Conference occurring November 5, 2022 at the Courtyard Marriott, Burlington. Please complete as soon as possible and reach out to us with questions.

Presenters should bring a laptop or USB drive. Mac computers should provide the appropriate dongle to connect to AV.
